International educational agencies may submit their technology education programs for an assessment by the Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologists (CCTT). Programs submitted will be assessed against Canadian academic criteria and deemed to be either at the Technician or Technologist level.
Assessment results are posted on the CCTT website – view results. International educational institutions may use the Canadian assessment results to market their program to prospective students as being internationally recognized in Canada.
Once a program application is submitted, it will be processed as quickly as possible. The timeframe for completion of assessments varies depending on the number of programs submitted. Programs will be assessed on a first come first served basis.
Please note that CCTT only assesses Applied Science and Engineering Technology programs. Other programs will not be accepted.
To submit a program for an assessment fill in this Program Assessment Form along with submitting the program curriculum and syllabus.
